School-related physical activity, lifestyle and obesity in children

Předložená monografie představuje základní neinvazivní prostředky pro dlouhodobé a krátkodobé monitorování terénní pohybové aktivity dětí a mládeže se zaměřením na hledání determinant a korelátů, které usnadňují efektivní redukci nadváhy a obezity. Publikace popisuje principy a technické parametry těchto prostředků pro monitorování terénní pohybové aktivity, jejich přesnost spolu s výhodami a úskalími při jejich praktickém používání. Na základě představených výsledků vlastních dlouhodobých studií jsou formulována výchovně-vzdělávací doporučení pro podporu pohybově aktivního a zdravého životního stylu dětí a mládeže.
